Dr Suess Cupcakes
Every year the kids school celebrate "Read Across America" week with a fun filled week of Dr. Seuss activities. The teachers ask one parent to bring in cupcakes for the class. Since no other parent volunteered in any of the kids classes I felt like I had to do it for all them. Which meant I was making 85 cupcakes. This is what I came up with this year.
Green Eggs and Ham Cupcakes! The kids loved them.
The teachers all got 2 eggs.
I was so glad they were a big hit.
